Project Overview:
The project aims to rehabilitate 80 youth from Laattaouia and the Haouz region by providing them with the necessary skills for successful integration into the labor market. These individuals, who have discontinued their secondary education, will receive both theoretical and practical training in high-demand sectors such as styling, culinary arts, IT. The program will help bridge the gap between their current skill set and employer needs, enhancing their employability through internships and professional mentoring.
Project Targets:
1. Enrollment of Youth in Certified Vocational Training Programs
Our project aims to enroll over 80 young individuals in certified vocational training programs. We are committed to ensuring that these programs are accessible and tailored to the needs of youth, taking into account gender and locality. By creating a supportive environment that encourages participation, we hope to empower young people with the skills they need to thrive in the workforce.
2. Success Rate of Youth in Vocational Training
We strive for a success rate of 80% among the youth who complete our vocational training programs and obtain their certificates. This target reflects our dedication to delivering high-quality training that equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to excel in their chosen fields. Our rigorous assessment and support systems ensure that each participant has the best chance of success.
3. Satisfaction Level of Youth with Vocational Training
We aim for 80% of respondents supported by our vocational training program to express satisfaction with the content of the training provided. Understanding and addressing the needs of our participants is paramount, and we continuously seek feedback to enhance our training modules. By fostering a positive learning experience, we empower youth to fully engage with the program and realize their potential.
4. Employment Rate of Trained Individuals
Our target is for 70% of individuals who complete our vocational training to secure employment within a specified timeframe. We recognize that employment is a critical outcome of training programs, and we work diligently to connect our participants with job opportunities. Through partnerships with local businesses and employment agencies, we aim to facilitate smooth transitions from training to meaningful employment.
5. Capacity-Building Workshop Participation
We are targeting a participation of 20 representatives from associations in capacity-building workshops focused on employability, with a goal of ensuring that 50% of attendees are women. By promoting gender equity in these workshops, we aim to equip community leaders with the tools they need to support youth employability initiatives effectively, fostering inclusive development within our communities.
6. Advocacy Initiatives by Community Associations
Our goal is to support community associations in launching at least four advocacy initiatives addressing youth-related issues. These initiatives will be categorized by type, allowing us to tackle various challenges faced by young people in our communities. By empowering local organizations to advocate for youth needs, we contribute to creating a supportive environment where young voices are heard and valued.
