AXES OF INTERVENTION
EDUCATION
Supporting educational development in the Laattaouia community and rural areas.
Our commitment to the New Development Model (NDM) fully underscores our dedication to a genuine educational renaissance in Morocco, placing the learner at the heart of our concerns.
To achieve this goal, we implement robust educational programs and embrace innovative learning pedagogies, making learners active participants in their own learning process.
We also engage residents of our communities to prevent school dropout and create a nurturing environment conducive to growth.
Our vision for Moroccan schools aims to make them places of growth for young people, guiding them towards autonomy, responsibility, and humanistic values, while encouraging openness to a constantly evolving world.
Simultaneously, we strongly encourage schools to organize appealing cultural events that energize student life, make education more accessible, and stimulate learners’ curiosity and creativity.

TRAINING, PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION
Encouraging full participation of the disadvantaged population in the national development process
Our vision for Morocco’s Competencies, in line with the New Development Model (NDM), aims to create a society where each individual possesses the necessary skills to realize their aspirations and actively contribute to the country’s development.
Within ASSOCIATION SUPPORT ET GESTION DU CENTRE MULTIFONCTIONNEL ATTAOUIA, the Training, Professional Integration, and Entrepreneurship division play a key role by providing professional training in the following areas: sewing and tailoring, hairstyling and aesthetics, pastry making, traditional embroidery, socio-cultural animation, while also promoting entrepreneurship as an essential means to stimulate innovation and economic growth.
Our priority is to promote sustainable financial autonomy among disadvantaged populations while promoting equity, gender equality, and respect for local cultures.
By taking an active role, we also ensure active integration of vulnerable residents into a flourishing socio-professional community, which contributes to strengthening the country’s economic fabric. By fully valuing the participation of the disadvantaged population in the national development process, we are taking concrete steps to build a more promising and inclusive future for all.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Enhancing social cohesion through community integration in marginalized neighborhoods and rural areas
Our aim is to facilitate the integration of vulnerable residents into the fabric of their communities by encouraging their active involvement in the socio-economic dynamics of neighborhoods. To achieve this, we nurture a profound sense of belonging while upholding the principles of good citizenship and embracing diversity.
We empower community members by honing their skills and capabilities, enabling them to fully engage in civic life across physical, psychological, relational, and cognitive realms.
Acknowledging the pivotal role of socio-cultural context, we establish a nurturing environment that fosters positive transformation, fosters talent cultivation, and bolsters interpersonal connections, thus fostering a united and resilient community.

Providing support to individuals in vulnerable situations or crisis through quality emotional and psychological assistance.
Our psychosocial support service caters to a vulnerable population facing social, familial, educational, financial, health, and psychological challenges.
We aim to offer a valuable opportunity for accompaniment and change through individual and group coaching sessions, both for youth and caregivers.
Our goal is to foster better understanding between generations. Through these sessions, we provide a safe and confidential space where young people can express their concerns and find support tailored to their needs.
