Dedicated to fostering the economic, social, and cultural progress of the EL ATTAOUIA community since 2017.
Founded more than 7 years ago, the Complexe Sociale El ATTAOUIA Association is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to advancing education, professional integration, and community development within the ELattaouia locality. Since 2017, our steadfast mission has been to offer developmental pathways to the residents of EL ATTAOUIA. In pursuit of this objective, we have forged numerous partnerships with both domestic and international entities, resulting in the implementation of various initiatives geared towards providing vocational training, nurturing active citizenship, and championing universal education. Our ultimate aspiration is to equip each individual with the tools necessary to forge a prosperous future and actively contribute to the enrichment of their community.

Madame, Monsieur,
Je suis ravi de m’adresser à vous en tant que président de l’association Chifae pour le développement et la formation, qui a parcouru un long chemin depuis sa création en 1998.
Au fil des années, nous avons grandi et évolué pour devenir une force majeure dans le développement du quartier de Bir Chifa. Aujourd’hui, nous nous engageons à soutenir la population des quartiers périphériques et défavorisés de la ville de Tanger, avec un impact qui s’étend bien au-delà de nos frontières initiales.
Je ressens une profonde fierté envers nos réalisations collectives. Lorsque nous réfléchissons à notre parcours, il est remarquable de constater l’étendue de nos avancées. Nous avons évolué d’une association de quartier modeste à une organisation qui entretient des collaborations avec des partenaires gouvernementaux et non gouvernementaux, à l’échelle nationale et internationale. Cette expansion a considérablement élargi notre portée et renforcé notre capacité à générer des changements positifs et durables au sein de notre communauté
Nous axons nos efforts sur trois pôles essentiels : l’Éducation, le Développement communautaire, la Formation-insertion professionnelle – entrepreneuriat. Nos centres sociaux jouent un rôle central en permettant la création d’opportunités éducatives visant à stimuler l’apprentissage des enfants et à rehausser leur niveau scolaire. En parallèle, nous mettons en œuvre des programmes qui mettent l’accent sur le développement personnel et communautaire, en complément des formations professionnelles et de l’accompagnement dans le domaine de l’entrepreneuriat. De plus, notre soutien psychosocial occupe une place fondamentale en renforçant l’autonomie individuelle et en favorisant la cohésion et la résilience sociale au sein de notre communauté.
