Dedicated to fostering the economic, social, and cultural progress of the LAATTAOUIA community since 2017.
Founded more than 7 years ago, ASSOCIATION SUPPORT ET GESTION DU CENTRE MULTIFONCTIONNEL ATTAOUIA (S.G.C.M.A) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to advancing education, professional integration, and community development within LAATTAOUIA commune. Since 2017, our steadfast mission has been to offer developmental pathways to the residents of LAATTAOUIA. In pursuit of this objective, we have forged numerous partnerships with both domestic and international entities, resulting in the implementation of various initiatives geared towards providing vocational training, nurturing active citizenship, and championing universal education. Our ultimate aspiration is to equip each individual with the tools necessary to forge a prosperous future and actively contribute to the enrichment of their community.

MISSION
Our mission is to transform lives through education, empowerment, and professional integration, contributing to a more equitable and prosperous future for all. We focus on youth integration by involving families and local stakeholders in our initiatives. We aim to:
- Strengthen Community Bonds: Raise awareness within the community about the importance of girls’ education and youth integration.
- Promote Education: Provide quality education to children and young women, focusing on essential skills for the modern world.
- Facilitate Training: Offer professional training programs and practical workshops that meet labor market demands and enhance employability.
- Support Empowerment: Encourage young women to become community leaders by providing resources and personal development opportunities.
- Create Partnerships: Collaborate with businesses, educational institutions, and other organizations to build a strong network of job and mentorship opportunities.
- Foster Integration: Guide youth through the job market entry process, offering career advice, job search training, and interview simulations.

Founded in 2017, our association is committed to promoting education, professional integration, and community development of LAATTAOUIA.
Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers and collaboration with national and international partners, we have been able to implement numerous initiatives aimed at providing vocational training, encouraging active citizenship, and promoting universal education. These actions are not just projects but a genuine ambition to enable every individual to acquire the necessary skills to build a promising future and actively contribute to the enrichment of our community.
