Project Overview:
The project aims to rehabilitate 80 youth from Laattaouia and the Haouz region by providing them with the necessary skills for successful integration into the labor market. These individuals, who have discontinued their secondary education, will receive both theoretical and practical training in high-demand sectors such as styling, culinary arts, IT. The program will help bridge the gap between their current skill set and employer needs, enhancing their employability through internships and professional mentoring.
Objective of the Role:
The association seeks a consultant to document and capitalize on the best practices derived from the project implementation. The consultant will focus on gathering insights, documenting lessons learned, and creating knowledge that can be shared with other stakeholders for replication or improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the project outcomes and identify best practices.
- Document lessons learned from the project’s implementation.
- Conduct a detailed review of project methodologies, approaches, and impact.
- Provide recommendations for improving post-disaster intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with local partners, mentors, and project beneficiaries.
- Deliver a comprehensive capitalization report, including success stories and practice sheets.
Expected Deliverables:
- A methodological note detailing data collection tools.
- A final capitalization report documenting best practices, challenges, and recommendations for sustainability and scalability.
Consultant Requirements:
- A university degree in social sciences or related fields.
- Proven experience in capitalizing development project outcomes.
- Prior work experience with international organizations
- Strong knowledge of women’s empowerment projects and international organizations.
- Familiarity with the Marrakech-Safi region, particularly the post-earthquake context.
