Back pain is a big problem, especially for those who suffer from chronic back pain.
But what if the pain is not getting better?
That is what the Mayo Clinic has found.
According to the Mayo website, chronic back injuries and injuries to the muscles in the back can cause inflammation and pain, so to help manage pain, you need to look at other areas of the body as well.
“There is a great deal of evidence showing that physical activity can be a key to reducing chronic pain,” said Dr. Andrew S. Buhl, a professor of exercise physiology and a Mayo Clinic expert on sports medicine.
“When you get out of bed in the morning, you can have a better chance of feeling better,” said BuhL.
“But if you can’t do that, your pain will continue to get worse.”
The Mayo Clinic is currently looking for participants to participate in a trial of its nasal spray and exercise program to help people with chronic back issues.
In order to participate, people will need to be at least 18 years old, have at least five years of experience with exercise, and be physically active.
The nasal spray is available through Walgreens and other health care providers in the United States.
You can order it from the company’s website or online at www.walgreens.com.
The exercise program uses a series of exercises that simulate walking, cycling, and jumping.
The exercises are designed to help the muscles of the back relax and prevent the pain from getting worse.
To get started, you will need an email address that you can use to log into your Walgops account.
In addition to logging in, you must also log into a Walgarts account to download the program.
Once you have that account, you then will need the program to download.
The program will allow you to do four exercises: the basic walking, the running, the jumping, and the agility exercise.
You then need to repeat each exercise four times to complete the program, with a goal of completing the exercise three times.
You will need three days off per week for the exercise program, as well as rest between exercises.
